Free Shipping: We offer complimentary standard ground shipping for all items shipped within the United States, with no regard to the size of your order. 

We'll furnish you with a tracking number that allows you to monitor your package delivery as frequently as you'd like once the item has been processed and dispatched. 

Delivery Time: Our Wall Art takes 1 to 3 business days to handcraft and inspect. Due to stock issues some products may take longer.

Upon shipping, delivery times typically take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days depending upon shipping destination. Orders shipped from the USA to outside the 48 Continental USA may take longer. Your order will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. 

Cancellation or Order Changes: You may cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order has been sent to production for processing and can no longer be canceled or modified.

The Design Station is not responsible for delays or errors that may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, fires, wars, government decisions, natural disasters, supplier issues, or high seasons such as holidays when delivery times may be affected due to increased activity.

Refund & Returns 

At The Design Station your satisfaction is our top priority. That's why we offer a 30-day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee with all of our products. If, within 30 days of receiving your purchase you're not happy with it, we'll be delighted to arrange a replacement or exchange for your item at our cost, or provide you with a full refund.

Defects, Damage, and Incorrect Items

We guarantee product quality and workmanship 100%. Should you receive a product that is not up to your expectations due to defects, damage, or if it's different from what you ordered, don't worry. Just send us an email within thirty (30) days of delivery at support@thedesignstation.com, provide your order number, brief description of the issue, and attach a photo to help us better understand the problem. We’ll replace your item at our cost.

Disclaimer: To be eligible for refund for a non-defective product, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and in saleable condition. Any refunds will be credited back to the original payment method, typically within 3-5 business days of our receipt or your return.
